On August 4, 2024, highly irregular actions were committed against Legal Ma*****na Now ("LMN") party members during a convention. It was also stated by Mr. Elworth Jr., LMN's party chairperson, his intention of moving forward with filing falsified election documents in order to replace Kerry Eddy as the party's nominee. A letter was sent today asking Mr. Elworth and Mr. Williams to reconsider moving forward in light of applicable Nebraska statutes governing penalties for filing falsified election documents.

On Friday, we filed a Complaint in Lancaster District Court alleging a civil conspiracy and child custody bias committed against the Plaintiff, Hawraa Brown. The lawsuits are filed against Box Butte District Court Judge Travis O’Gorman, District Court Clerk Kevin Horn, attorney Kristi Hilliard, ex-husband Tyler Brown, and ex-mother-in-law Karen Brown for an alleged civil conspiracy that has deprived the Plaintiff, Hawraa Brown, of custody of her children after she was the primary custodial parent.
