Andrew brings extensive litigation and leadership experience to the firm, following a 24-year career in the United States Army, including more than a decade as a Judge Advocate. His military legal service included roles as a Defense Appellate Attorney, Government Appellate Attorney, Trial Counsel/Prosecutor, Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, Operational Law Attorney, and Brigade Judge Advocate. Earlier in his career, he served as an infantryman and paralegal, including two combat deployments to Iraq. Andrew earned an L.L.M. in Military Law from The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School in 2024 and a J.D. from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School in 2015. His experience advising military leaders, handling high-stakes legal matters, and navigating complex litigation brings a disciplined, client-focused perspective to his practice.
