Pickens pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge under the RICO statute for his role in the gang's criminal operations.

▪️ Gang Operations: Managing revenue generated from gambling and extortion both inside and outside the Idaho Department of Correction (IDOC)

Sentence Details:

▪️ Federal Term: 206 months in federal prison followed by five years of supervised release
▪️ Concurrency: His sentence is partially concurrent with state sentences he was already serving
▪️ Additional Time: If paroled by the state at the earliest possible date, Pickens is structured to serve an additional 60 months in federal prison.

I seriously do not understand why people actually WANT to be trans.

For real, though, I don’t get it. This isn’t cute, fun, or trendy.

This is a lifelong medical AND mental health issue. It doesn’t magically “go away” unless you were never even transs*xual to begin with.

Transition does NOT work for everyone. The narrative that transition works for everyone is a lie.

Transition does NOT work for people who were never even transs*xual to begin with.

Hence the extremely serious issue of the "detransition" epidemic being swept under the rug.

This epidemic started at the pace of a slow trickle. One-by-one, "detransitioners" began coming forward to share their stories. They are all, in my not-so-humble opinion, incredibly brave and courageous for coming forward in the fashion they did.

This epidemic is now escalating at a continuously, increasingly more rapid pace as time passes. "Detransitioners" coming forward to share their stories completely debunks the following narratives:

• "If someone says they are "trans" - they are "trans.""
• "All "trans identities" must be accepted and validated no questions asked."

• Minors being groomed into believing they are something they never were to begin with.

Answer...

• Nationwide ban - straight up blanket ban - on minors being medically and surgically "transitioned." Period point blank. Doesn't matter who is paying for it - we criminalize it.

• Lawsuits are already happening. It's only going to continue to get worse.

Once you cross that line of introducing these chemical castration and sterilization drugs into the body of a minor - you are ruining his/her entire future. You CANNOT uncross that line. You CANNOT unring that bell.

Once you cross that line of legally transitioning a minor - that is an EXTREMELY difficult line to uncross.

Your "trans kid" is NOT going to threaten to kill him/herself because he/she can't have drugs or surgery. This is another false narrative that has been shoved down your throats by .pdfiles.

If your minor is ACTUALLY transs*xual - he/she will threaten to kill him/herself because he/she is legitimately transs*xual. It isn't some "phase" that's going to "go away."
