Monday through Saturday it's content, showings, follow ups, offers, negotiations, and closings. Sometimes all in the same day. Sometimes in the same hour.

Someone asked me what my schedule looks like this week. 😂

Honestly? Here's my answer.

I might make it. I might have a showing across Fort Myers. I might be negotiating an offer until midnight. I might be driving to Cape Coral at 7am because a property just hit the market.

I don't know. And that's the job.

Real estate doesn't run on a 9 to 5. The right home doesn't wait for business hours. A seller's counteroffer doesn't care that it's Sunday evening.

And neither do I. 💼

My clients know that when something needs to happen, I make it happen. No matter the time, no matter the day.
