✨ Closing January • Welcoming February ✨
As the holidays have wrapped up and the new year has settled in, I realized it has been a whole lot of work and just a touch of play 😅 but it’s the kind of work that truly fills my heart when I pause and reflect.
🏡 Grateful for These Wins
• 8612 Sierra Cima closed at the highest purchase price home sold in the area, even higher than fully renovated homes. Allowing the owners the opportunity to close a chapter and move on to their other dreams and goals in Hawaii. 🌺✨🙌
• 8345 Hunter Brook received an offer and sold $20K over comparable homes that were larger….even in this slower market 🔥
• One of my favorite moments…helping a Veteran buyer with four children step into Elianto as their forever home ❤️ At the same time, the sellers were able to move forward into their next chapter with an amazing deal/purchase of their own that also allowed them to live closer to thier family…ended up being a win-win for everyone involved.🎉🥳
🐸💚 Healing & Courage
Alongside real estate, my dharma and way to give back to our community, Kambo and I had the honor of supporting a few incredibly brave souls, as they stepped forward with courage to move through and release many years of addictions. 🙏🏼
Witnessing that level of willingness and healing is something I never take lightly.
🙏 Faith Moments
Nathan and I attended a powerful 3 day prophetic conference at International Church of Las Vegas (ICLV), where I was unexpectedly pulled up and blessed to receive a beautiful, affirming prophecy.
So much confirmation around what God is preparing ahead…spreading His love, message, and work in ways that will impact lives and grow the Kingdom. I’m holding that close to my heart 🤍✨

We also caught Avatar in 3D and wow 😮🔥 Highly recommend seeing it in 3D if you can. 3 1/2 hrs but it flew by with nonstop action and incredible visuals.
