It’s about to get real here in , and ! There are roughly 9000 short term rentals advertised on Airbnb and vrbo, and the county will only be issuing 2800 licenses! Only one license per person! If you’ve been fined or had any complaints, you’re ineligible! Code enforcement will fine $1000/day or 10% or rental amount, whichever is higher!

STR Town Hall Meeting

This is our first chance to present STR’s for the benefit that they are for Las Vegas!!!

There is one more meeting on Thursday night. As of now, these are the only two scheduled meetings before they write the bill!!!

It is vitaly important for everyone to get out and show up.

There are 304 seats in the commission chambers. We need to fill 303 of those seats up with pro short term rental people and leave one seat for the opposed short to rental mean person!!!

WE CAN DO THIS!!!

WE HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE!!!

If you are currently licensed in any city in Clark County please come and if you feel like speaking we welcome that!

If you are unlicensed, please come and bring your family and friends and contractors and everyone else you know and you can be a supporter for short term rentals when they ask for a show of hands on how many people here are to support short term rentals.
