Nevada has Med Mal damage limitations which are terrible. For example, if through clear medical malpractice you became paralyzed, your loss of mobility, being able to go on walks with your kids, physical relationship with spouse, is only worth $350,000. It is unconscionable, and should be challenbed to the Supreme Court.
