Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman, & Rabkin LLP is pleased to welcome Andrew Sharples, Esq to our Las Vegas Nevada Office. Mr. Sharples focuses on business litigation, labor and employment, general liability, real estate litigation, personal injury, consumer law, construction defect, and appellate practice, and has significant experience in both state and federal court. He has experience representing clients in a variety of business litigation cases, including disputes involving contracts, operating agreements and commercial leases. Mr. Sharples has also successfully represented realtors and agents in various litigation matters including professional liability claims, defect disclosure lawsuits, residential property title actions and breach of contract cases. Mr. Sharples has litigated two hearings before the National Labor Relations Board as well as a bench trial in the Eighth Judicial District Court involving Nevada's recreational ma*****na retail licensing process.
