Here’s several ways how….

-Complete form 8822
-Use your new address when you file
-Wriiten Statement; A signed written statement with your:
Full name
Oldand new addresses
Social Security
-Oral notification via telephone or in person

By not doing so will only cause delays to your tax refund

-ID
-Social (tax payer, and dependents)
-Birth Certificates (dependents)
-Proof of address (tax payer and dependents) utility bill, lease, school registration(dependents), Government asst paperwork, etc)
-W2
-1099

*Self Employment/Schedule C tax payers MUST have one of the following to file a tax return……

-Business card
-Accounting records
-Paid invoices/receipts
-Ledger
-EIN
-Business bank statements

*NO EXCEPTIONS
