Lex Domus has gone East Coast! Congratulations to Brandi M. Segura, Esq. for getting her license to practice law in Connecticut. Though she was able to bypass taking a third bar exam, this is no less of an accomplishment as she was still required to meet the rigorous standards of character and fitness based on her years of practice in Nevada and Colorado.

Attention business owners: A Texas Federal Court has issued a country-wide injunction, halting the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act and its compliance requirement, specifically submitting the Beneficial Ownership Information report.
