One of the questions I get most often is, “Have you heard about (enter lead generation system here❓) It is 💰💰 every month. Is it worth it❓Should I do it❓” My answer is always, “Well, that depends. What are you doing to market to your current friends and family?” 👨🏻‍⚕️👩🏼‍🍳👨🏽‍🏭👩🏾‍🎨👨🏿‍✈️👩🏻‍⚖️

People who already know you 👀, like you👍, and trust you 🤝 are the fastest, easiest, and cheapest way to get business. If you aren’t marketing to them frequently and with relevant information, you’re missing out on business that is far cheaper than (re-enter lead generation system.)

People buy & sell on average of every 1️⃣0️⃣ years. So a database of 2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ people should produce approximately 2️⃣0️⃣ transactions every year. Say you only get 5️⃣0️⃣% of those. Are you getting your share❓If not, focus your time and money there first.

We had the privilege of visit the 9/11 Memorial site in New York City for the first time this past July. We are sure that anyone who has visited the site would agree, you may have seen pictures, videos, or heard it discussed in the news, but nothing will touch your soul as much as being there in person. Our hearts and prayers go out to all of those affected and we thank our first responders from the bottom of our hearts for continuing to be there when we need it most.
