Las Vegas Legal Solutions (LVLS) seeks a full-time legal assistant to join the firm. Ideal candidate will have an interest in automation and streamlining processes and procedures. The candidate must be well self-motivated, assertive, and able to work both independently as part of a team. The candidate must be able to keep up with daily, weekly, and monthly recurring tasks (e.g., answering phones, following up with clients and leads, calendaring, etc.). The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to using various office and law practice related software (i.e., Microsoft office, Odyssey, MyCase, Dropbox, Zoom, Google Calendar, etc.). Applicants can expect to be asked about, and should be prepared to demonstrate, strong organization and time management skills if selected for an interview.
Qualified candidates must at least 3 years of professional experience in one or more (collectively) of the following roles, office assistant, legal assistant, paralegal, streamlining processes and procedures. Remote work opportunities may be available for exceptionally qualified applicants.

Applicants most likely to be selected for an interview will supply a cover letter that offers more than a generic explanation of the applicant’s experience or general interest in gaining legal experience. Instead, the cover letter should explain the applicant’s specific interest in working for LVLS and what the applicant hopes to learn from the experience. The cover letter should also say the applicant’s desired compensation.
