Premack Law Office, Paul Premack, Certified Elder Law Attorney Offering estate planning for individuals, couples and families of all ages, probate to assist surviving heirs when a family member dies, and elder law to assist clients with specific legal challenges. Paul is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney through the National Elder Law Foundation. He was a founding member of the Council of Advanced Practitioners of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and has been a NAELA member since 1989. His practice encompasses estate planning for individuals, couples and families of all ages, probate to assist surviving heirs when a family member dies,

and elder law to assist clients with specific legal challenges. Paul is a Geriatric Scholar via the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.

Paul is licensed to practice law in Washington and Texas.

He is the co-author of "Thinking Beyond Tomorrow: Organizing, Planning, and Settling Your Estate," now in its 9th Edition. Paul is also the author of the books "The Senior Texan Legal Guide" Editions 1-7, and co-author of "When Someone Dies in Texas", which are used throughout the country as guides to estate planning and probate.

Paul is Past-President of the Texas Chapter National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Washington State Bar Association. He is a Life Fellow of the San Antonio Bar Foundation and is a Fellow of the Texas Bar College.

Paul is nationally recognized by Thompson-Reuters as a "Super Lawyer" and is rated AV-Preeminent by the Bar and Judiciary.
