She has 20 years experience as a Medical Language Specialist as well as expertise in the day to day operations and administration of a transcription company including quality assurance and the management of 30 + independent contractors. deavor without pause. In 2016, Angela completed a legal transcription course through Transcribe Anywhere and now offers legal transcription, as well. No sending dictation overseas, pooling or voice recognition! You simply dictate and we transcribe at 65 characters per line upon an agreed line rate for medical/general transcription. For legal/general we charge by the page (Client and A&C Transcription, Inc. Base rate is $1.20 per page. All of our transcriptionists are highly trained in general transcription and various medical specialties including but not limited to: ophthalmology, urology, plastic surgery, internal medicine, optometry, orthopedics, psychiatry, podiatry, endocrinology, et cetera. Our legal transcriptionists are highly trained on depositions and hearings, et cetera. We have a HIPPA compliant server and email through SharePoint. The process of uploading dictation and downloading completed dictation is a very easy process via login and password. We can upload the typed dictation back to the client in three ways:
1. We upload directly to our server and the client and then downloads to their computers and they manage the documentation on their end in-office.
2. If you have your own EMR/EHR the client can supply A & C Transcription, Inc. with a login and password and we can upload the typed dictation there. For example, we can upload each individual dictation to each patient’s chart. We can also, using this route, type directly into your EMR/EHR.
3. We can email you the typed dictation back to you if that is easier for you. Contract Terms
We do not ask for a contract from the clients. We have no set up fees, no equipment purchases (the provider only furnishes their own recording device), no minimum term and no minimum volume.
