Cherokee County Market Update

Here’s what I saw over the past 7 days:
163 New Listings (up from 153 last week)
152 Homes Under Contract (down from 168)
141 Closed Sales (down from 160)
Average Sold Price: $613K (up from $601K)

Inventory increased this week, giving buyers a few more options to choose from, while pending sales and closings pulled back slightly from last week's exceptionally strong numbers. Even with that moderation in activity, home values are still averaging a sales price around $613K.

The Cherokee County market remains healthy and active, with strong pricing and steady demand continuing to support a solid market. Homes that are priced correctly and marketed effectively are still attracting serious buyer interest.

Here’s what I saw over the past 7 days:
353 New Listings (up from 285 last week)
288 Homes Under Contract (down from 308)
200 Closed Sales (down from 235)
Average Sold Price: $577K (down from $614K)

Inventory made a strong rebound this week with nearly 70 more homes hitting the market than the week before. While pending sales and closings eased slightly, buyer activity remains healthy with almost 300 homes going under contract. The average sales price dipped from last week's high, but at $577K, home values in Cobb County continue to demonstrate impressive strength.

The market remains active, and well-priced homes are still attracting strong interest from buyers. Whether you're looking to make a move now or planning ahead, understanding these trends can help you make more informed decisions.

Cherokee County Market Update

Here’s what I saw over the past 7 days:
153 New Listings (up from 143 last week)
168 Homes Under Contract (up from 134)
160 Closed Sales (up from 110)
Average Sold Price: $601K (up from $579K)

This was an exceptionally strong week for the Cherokee County market. New listings increased, buyer demand surged with pending sales climbing more than 25%, and closings jumped by nearly 50 week over week. On top of that, the average sales price moved back above $600K, highlighting continued strength in home values throughout the county.

With pending sales exceeding new listings and closings reaching one of the strongest levels we've seen recently, the market continues to favor well-prepared buyers and sellers who are ready to act.
