One of the biggest misconceptions I run into is that ‘aging in place’ is only something people think about in their 70s or 80s.

In reality, the best time to think about long-term comfort, safety, and functionality in a home is long before it becomes urgent.

Sometimes it’s as simple as:
• fewer stairs
• better lighting
• wider walkways
• safer bathrooms
• a layout that works better long term

Good real estate planning isn’t just about today. It’s about how a home supports your life over time.
