We are going to need the amount of senior housing to triple over the next 10 years to meet expected demand!

The commercial real estate market is going through a paradigm shift and my best guess is that we will see a lot of conversions of larger properties (malls, schools, hospitals) into senior living accomodations!

The convent, originally built for 800 Sisters, now houses fewer than 100 women.
