THE GOOD MOTHER-IN-LAW PROJECT The Good MIL Project seeks to help women be the best MILs they can be. Their book "Taming the Drago Mothers in law (MILs) traditionally get a bad rep.

And, frankly, some of it is deserved. It''s really hard to turn off the "mommy button" and accept another person into the familial fold. We love our children from the day they were born, but it takes time to love the spouse of the children we love. But love them we must. Taking the "high road" and learning to make sure our children put their spouse's interests above our own needs is an absolute ne

cessity in the MIL job description. The sooner we learn that the better. Our focus and our book helps you do that, in the big ways and the small ones, and all with a good dash of humor (another necessary element in being a MIL!).
