Note the main power line just above my aluminum ladder! 🤣 This was the only attic access and has been wide open since they bought the house a year ago. I was surprised that I didn't see any evidence of animals up there. Hopefully, they get that opening closed up soon.

Fun home inspection find! This was a very custom and unique bathroom vent cover. It really shouldn't vent into the garage. But I admired the resourcefulness and creativity!
