If anyone is looking to build your home brand new, they would be the ones to go with. Realtors can still broker the sale with a new build. I can help you throughout the whole process!

One of the best perks of the new build is that Fischer Homes can do rate buy downs. Interest rates are still high these days, but they can get you much lower⬇️. This means you would get a lot
more house for your payment! Reach out to me if you or someone you know has been considering a new build. They have several locations in the Indianapolis area with some being move in ready!! 🏡

Another great part of a new build is that you never have to pay my commission. The builder has that covered! So essentially you get a free Realtor to help you along the way. 😁

Congratulations to our friends for closing on their new home yesterday!! Even better, they are mortgage free and have some land which is absolutely amazing in today's economy! This was such a special closing because my "client" was my little sister!

I'm so proud of her hard work and dedication to buying her first house all on her own! The whole process was so fun along the way.
