Annika is a dedicated real estate professional with The Broll Team who is passionate about helping people navigate one of life's most important decisions. With a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies and Business Administration, along with a Paralegal Certificate, she brings a strong foundation of legal knowledge, attention to detail, and client advocacy to every transaction.
Before beginning her career in real estate, Annika worked as a manager at a golf club and as a paralegal at a law firm, where she developed exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Her diverse background also includes experience in customer service, education, and mentorship roles, all of which strengthened her ability to build meaningful relationships and serve people from all walks of life.
Annika chose real estate because it allows her to combine her legal expertise with her passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals. She enjoys guiding clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
Outside of real estate, Annika enjoys spending time with family and friends, serving as a youth leader for middle and high school students, staying active through fitness, exploring the outdoors, and embracing new experiences. Her passion for helping others extends beyond her profession and is reflected in every aspect of her life.
