"Notaries at Risk" was my original title (grumble, It was changed...grumble). This is not as "sexy" as marketing but this needs to be read.

REQUEST" After you read it, tell me how other ways I can scare notaries "straight" into learning laws, training, etc.

Most states do not require notary training, however, you are required to know and understand the law.
