A lot of buyers tell me they cannot find the right home on Zillow.

The reason is simple. You are only seeing limited filters and sometimes inaccurate details.

After hearing all the feedback on the last development, I looked into another one happening in Katy.

Texas Heritage Marketplace is a 465-acre project off I-10 with major retail, restaurants, medical space, and apartments. What stands out is that infrastructure is being planned alongside it, including new ramps and road expansion.

Most of the time, it comes down to:

or how the home is positioned

Buyers are paying attention right now.

Cypress parents, this is a helpful one.

Cy-Fair ISD has opened its Summer Early Learning Center program to the public for the first time. It runs from June 8 through July 16 for children ages 12 months to 4 years old.

What I like about this program is that it offers more than basic child care. It includes structured learning, themed activities, reading time, and hands-on fun in a safe environment.

If you are still searching for a summer option for your child, take a look soon because registration closes this Friday. I included the details in the comments so you can review everything for yourself.

👑 The Extension Royalty — unbothered, unbossed, and fully aware that October exists for a reason.
