A huge thanks to the students that participate and volunteer to provide this resource across the Houston Metro Area!

Recently, student volunteers from South Texas Law’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program traveled to Dayton, Texas to provide free federal income tax return preparation services to low-income individuals.

On-campus tax preparation and filing services are available every Friday from 2-7 p.m. in the Randall O. Sorrels Legal Clinics until April 11 (except March 13).

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) clinic is currently open on Fridays from now through October 10, 2025. They will be available to prepare and file your 2024 extension returns.
