Families across America may be looking for their loved ones as well as updating the public on local support for our houseless friends. Homeless advocates will never use the real names of those seen in the pictures. If you see a loved one, please feel free to message us. We also update with homeless services, support and actions necessary to help those in need.

The Mayor has just announced in a nice way that he's about to criminalize the hell out of the homeless for being homeless in Houston.

Homeless BEWARE! This guy has been scamming our homeless friends for at least a couple years. He drives around & asks them to go on cash jobs with him. He has them work over night then when they're done, he burns off, never paying them.
He started out doing illegal Walmart returns. He had the special tabs and bags in the car, using individuals to do returns. He would drop them off, never paying them. I told them many times that Walmart prosecutes & that this man will NOT be there if they're arrested.
He moved onto having them work parking lots in club areas.
I've had a lot of our friends tell me they never got paid after working for him. Today I wasn't having it anymore. A couple of homeless said they filed police reports. A homeless friend called the cops and the guy burned off.
PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH THIS MAN! I have every problem with people who take advantage of those in need, our most vulnerable.

We've crossed way too many homeless children in 2019!
We've taken care of Christmas for the family.
We still have 3 families to go.

Total Remaining Children:
Girls: 8
Boys: 6

Ages range from 2 - 15.

On this last push, we will make this happen for these remaining families. If we pass our goal then great! It will be one of the most memorable years in my tenure as a homeless advocate.

I'm happy to announce that I will be working with 2 other groups to warm our homeless: Homeless Outreach & Helping Hands who are coming from Austin. They attended our food sharing and reached out to me to help.😁
Temps are going to fall into the 40's during the day. We want to reach not only our downtown homeless friends but also those living in homeless hotspots around our city.
Warming items include blankets, socks, beanies, gloves, hand warmers, etc.
We are collecting funds and will be distributing to each group evenly... this way we can reach so many more!
You can also drop donations downtown
(500 Lamar St)
And possibly Westheimer/Fountainview-I am confirming that.
We're hoping to have at least one more location. If u have physical items to donate, we'd love to take them!
