PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Wendi Dodson has over 25 years of professional experience in such fields as property management, facilities management, disaster recovery, insurance restoration, contracts negotiation and administration, software development contracting, licensing and consulting, capital projects and construction, mergers and acquisitions, and oil and gas contracts and leases. Additionally, Wendi has experience working as a paralegal in the fields of personal injury, medical malpractice, family law, estate and probate matters, nursing home negligence, and corporate legal services.

Since 2005, Wendi has been successfully self-employed. She has owned and operated companies that provide professional services for residential and commercial properties, automotive marketing, and most recently, disaster restoration services.

Since 2010, Wendi has owned in partnership and served as Vice President for BIONIC Emergency Services, L.L.C. BIONIC is one of Houston’s largest independently owned and operated water and fire damage restoration companies, servicing Harris and contiguous counties. BIONIC’s growth has averaged 10% plus since its opening in 2010.
