Business Meals Tax Deduction
Como parte de Consolidated Appropriations Act (2021), la deducibilidad de las comidas de negocios está cambiando. Los alimentos y bebidas serán 100% deducibles si se compran en un restaurante en 2021 y 2022.
Esta deducción temporal del 100% se diseñó para ayudar a los restaurantes, muchos de los cuales se han visto muy afectados por la pandemia.
¿Quién califica?
Para recibir la deducción de 100%:
Los gastos no deben ser lujosos ni extravagantes dadas las circunstancias.

El dueño o empleado del negocio debe de estar presente cuando se proporcionan alimentos o bebidas.
