Are u able to focus!? Like... really focus? 100% no distractions with a clear intention of what you’re doing?
Do you ever experienced this state of flow 🌊? .cc 🌳 is the 🔑

Unfortunately, very few of us really know how (or care) to do this or know how to cultivate this type of skill.
Brain 🧠 surgeons 👩‍⚕️ do it,
musicians 👨‍🎤 do it,
athletes ⛹🏾 do it,
and many of all the great professions require us to be able to focus on ONE thing at a time. f**k Multi tasking.

Forest is a focus ⏱ timer. While the timer is running a tree is planted and gross. We also while the timer is going this app locks 🔒 you out of your phone. Yes you heard right it locks you out so you can f**king focus!
If you leave the app it kills 💀 your tree 🌳 .
You can even use it with a group of people! Have a conference meeting coming up? Get everybody to plan together! You use your phone and everybody’s trees dead! Damn you Roger for checking your phone!
What’s even cooler about this whole service is that if you gain enough points the company forest well actually plant a tree for you! So your focus = an actual real Forest!

This is a tool that I use constantly for myself and with many of my clients who have a lot on their plate.
- I once had a law student who declared he needed to study for two hours a day. Every day he would send me his trees 🌲 🌳 by 2pm.
- One of my lawyer clients uses it to make sure he is present at his kid soccer ⚽️ game.

It does sound silly right? The reality is because of technology and the telepathy assistant in your pocket it has become virtually impossible for most people to go throughout the day without distractions or without looking at their phone for the slightest notification and dopamine hit.
Forest completely changes this and supports us to create the ability to focus on one thing at a time. I’m using it right now as I am writing this post 😂 !

Like real justice not the water down, He said she said, State of restitution in our current society. What would we do if there was no one willing to stand up for justice any quality?

I started acting and singing when I was 17 or so. I have faced rejection hundreds if not thousands of times, And each time I have to remind myself that I love this! Why else would I keep getting right back up every time. I'm currently finding myself in a place where I have rebuilt my entire career, looked at my past mistakes, and committed myself to my future goals, SO THAT i can Live my life purposefully in the present... And that's simply what I am right now 🎁

I'm fascinated by ideas and philosophy. I've been listening to Stefan Molyneux for the past three or four years, and I'm always amazed to find how deep the rabbit hole goes in terms of truth reality and everything else that makes peoples ears bleed. I love it, and I know it's not something most people want to get into with me seeing that I'm incredibly passionate and objective about all things truth.
