👋🏾Haven't posted in awhile. So much has been happening. We've done a few small projects. I became a Realtor, so we can help more families reach their real estate goals. Toured some model homes coming to the area to get some inspiration for our next flip. Design doesn't have to be expensive, but it should add value. Yea white and gray is easier, but if you can spice it up without increasing cost. Go for it! (reasonably speaking)
