𝓜𝓸𝓸𝓭: when you try newest brunch menu 🥂🍊✨
Zanti's newest brunch menu is a solid 10/10, and the patio vibe was the cherry on top. Houston, this is THE brunch spot you've been waiting for, and we couldn't resist snapping a pic of every plate. 🍳🥓🍊✨
🍳We kicked things off with the AVOCADO TOAST, and let me tell you, it's the stuff brunch dreams are made of: toasted cranberry and walnut bread, creamy avocado, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and perfectly poached eggs, all served with a side of mixed berries that were like little bursts of happiness on the plate.
🍓Then came the BAKED FRENCH TOAST, a sweet masterpiece topped with a crispy streusel and fresh berries, drenched in limoncello and rich caramel sauces. It was a dessert-like delight that had us reaching for seconds (and thirds)!
✨The CRAB CAKE BENEDICT was a showstopper – crispy jumbo lump crabcakes, topped with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, served with a mixed salad that added a refreshing balance to the richness of the dish.
🦞And for those seeking something a bit more exotic, the LOBSTER & QUINOA TIMBALLO was a flavorful journey: quinoa mixed with cucumber, baby heirloom tomatoes, red bell pepper, red onion, lavender, cilantro, and a zesty lemon vinaigrette, all topped with lobster.
🥂As for drinks, we couldn't resist indulging in Mimosas, and the GUAVA TWIST was a delightful, tropical-infused concoction. Don Julio Blanco, Ginger Liqueur, guava purée, lemon juice, and a hint of salt - it was the perfect sip to complement our brunch adventure.
Zanti, you've just set the bar sky-high for Houston's brunch scene. We're already planning our next visit!
