🚨 Massive Success! 🚨
Our firm was recently retained to represent a client who had been issued a civil penalty by DHS totaling $1,820,352.00 for alleged violations of provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
Upon receiving notice of this extraordinary fine, our client acted swiftly and contacted our office. We immediately took action and filed an appeal challenging the penalty.
Over the weekend, our client was personally served with a Notice of Rescission — completely eliminating the fine in less than two weeks.
⚖️ Facing fines, notices, or enforcement actions from immigration authorities? Do not wait. The sooner you act, the stronger your legal options may be. Contact our office today to evaluate your case and protect your rights.

Massive Win Today. Deportation Proceedings Terminated.

Today, the Immigration Judge granted termination of removal proceedings in a case that had been pending since 2015.

The Law Firm of Nisreen Mousa conducted a detailed and comprehensive review of the entire record. After identifying key legal and procedural deficiencies, a strong and focused legal argument was presented to the Court requesting termination.

The Court granted the request.

This result allows the client to move forward with applying for relief, adjusting status, and pursuing lawful permanent residency, creating a clear path toward citizenship while remaining with family in the United States.

Long pending removal cases require careful analysis, precision, and experienced representation. If you are in deportation proceedings or feel your case has been stuck for years, it may be time to have it properly reviewed.

Schedule a consultation with The Law Firm of Nisreen Mousa to discuss your options.

Important Immigration Update – Effective Today (Dec 26, 2025)

If you have a green card, visa, or a pending immigration case, this is something you need to know.
New DHS rules are now in effect:
All non-U.S. citizens, including green card holders, are subject to biometric checks at every U.S. entry and exit
This can include photos, fingerprints, or other identification measures
Expect more questioning and possible delays at airports and borders
USCIS is also conducting extra reviews of green cards for individuals from 19 countries, including Afghanistan, Haiti, Iran, Venezuela, Yemen, Cuba, and others.
If you are planning to travel or have a case in progress, staying informed is more important than ever.
