We are thrilled to share a major victory last week in a week-long trial in Dallas County! The plaintiff sought $3.2 million in a serious 18-wheeler accident case, but a unanimous jury found our client not negligent and awarded only $100k.
Rebecca successfully handled the opening and direct and cross examinations of key witnesses and the direct examination of a key expert for our client, demonstrating her strong courtroom skills and ability to effectively present crucial testimony in the case.
