AIR CONDITION & HEATING SERVICE RECOMMENDATION FOR HOUSTON, TX!
WARNING: LONG POST...sorry, but I had much to say, and it all matters!
Since Texas Summer is coming very soon, or it’s basically here already, and we all need our home air conditioning system working in peak condition, as a means of basic survival, so I want to make the highest of personal recommendation of the ONLY Air Conditioning & Heating System Technician Professional that my wife, and her family, have know & exclusively used, for literally DECADES!

Sammy has been working in the HVAC service & repair business since 2002 (22 years), and fully licensed since 2011 (13 years).
My wife, and her parents, have had him, and only him, service, repair, and maintain the A/C & Heating system of our homes for nearly 20 years. They met him when he worked for a well respected, long standing local in Sugar Land Air Conditioning & Heating service. Every time my wife or her parents called for service, the company always sent this same service technician…Sammy. After my wife & I met, dated, and married, I had the pleasure of meeting him and also enjoying his expert, top-notch service too.
Years later, the owner of the company he worked for apparently retired and sold their business to another local Air Conditioning & Heating service business, who he continued to work for, and was then still the only one sent out to personally service our home.
Over the years of his great service, each time calling us to announce his arrival ETA to service our house HVAC system, I saved his direct cell phone number.
When I called him directly, a few weeks ago, to ask his advice of the best place to buy the correct grade of home filters for our house system, so as to not choose a filter that is too weak to properly filter out the air in our home, yet also not be so overly restrictive as to cause undue strain on our house system, thus causing the motor to eventually burn itself out.
Sammy once again provided excellent knowledgeable advice of which brand and filtration grade of house filter was best for our house system. It was then that he informed that us that he had recently taken the leap, gone solo, and started his own A/C & Heating service.
We decided right away to continue using ONLY him as our service tech, and being a bit overdue for our regular maintenance service, we IMMEDIATELY scheduled a check-up service appointment with Sammy on the spot, and told him we are following him and will stay using his service, in full support of his newly created small business company.
As all of us know, starting a new small business is not only daunting, but takes time to ramp-up and build its own clientele, if the business is to succeed.
So, in our honest effort and support of a guy we have known and trusted for nearly TWENTY YEARS, we wanted to share our great history experience of working with Sam / Sammy, and recommend him as a very: honest, fair, friendly, trustworthy, respectable, experienced, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced air conditioning and heating service technician, who deserves support and needs new clients to help him build and succeed with his new business.
Additionally, Sam is a married family man with children, who deserves every ounce of praise I have spewed out about him above.
