With just over two months until the November election, it’s very important to ensure your voter registration is current. Texas Governor Greg Abbott recently announced that many individuals have been removed from the state's voter rolls. This removal process, part of an effort to maintain accurate voter records, includes people who have moved, are deceased, or are otherwise ineligible to vote.
Governor Abbott has emphasized that these measures are intended to protect the integrity of elections and prevent illegal voting. Ensure your registration is valid to make sure your voice is heard on Election Day November 5th.
Go to www.iwillvote.com to check your registration status. Remember, the last day to register to vote is October 7th.
