Hampton Inn Renovations in FL:
With a $1,607,639 in Renovation expenses, we found an EXTRA Depreciation expense of $1,424,494. This included a PAD (Partial Asset Disposition study for disposed of assets). We also completed a 179D study which yielded another, extra deduction of $64,070.
