University. He is a member of the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations, former Executive Panel of the US Chief of Naval Operations, and the Brookings Panel on Economic Activity.

First up is the distinguished Dr. Richard Cooper, a Maurits C. Boas Professor of International Economics at Harvard
University . He is a member of the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations, former Executive Panel of the US Chief of Naval Operations, and the Brookings Panel on Economic Activity.

He has served on several occasions in the US Government, as chairman of the National Intelligence Council (1995-97), Under-Secretary of State for Economic Affairs (1977-81), and many other appointments during his long career.

As a Marshall Scholar, he studied at the London School of Economics , and earned his Ph.D. at Harvard University.
