We're just a week away from the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution's annual Advanced Mediation & Advocacy Skills Institute! And I'm really looking forward to moderating this conversation.

From three vantage points -- outside litigation counsel Troy Ford, in-house risk management counsel Timothy Ammons, and insurance counsel Lesley Smith -- we're going to be talking about what works and doesn't in mediations. This conversation will explore approaches they've seen used by effective mediators and include some of their own stories and advice for enhancing the mediation process.
