We are seeing inquiries from DOL and USCIS about fees paid. We are proud to be on the low end of the fee spectrum while providing a great service. We also do not add fees for family members. Our office takes pride in keeping the fee low so families can keep more money to start new lives in the US upon arrival.

There has been concern about expanding I-140 processing times. So far we are not seeing longer times and continue to see our approvals arrive. We will monitor the situation of course. Remember that Premium Processing is alway available for 15 day service
