📌 Required Steps to Be Considered

Step 1: Visit our website

Step 2: Click the menu bar
At the top right corner of the website, click the three red lines (menu icon).

Step 3: Select “Rentals”
From the menu list, click on the Rentals tab.

Step 4: Join the Waitlist
Scroll to the bottom of the Rentals page and click:
“Add My Name to Waitlist”

Step 5: Complete the Waitlist Form in Full
Please do NOT leave any sections blank.
If you have a Housing Voucher, you MUST include your voucher expiration date.

Step 6: Call Our Office for an Intake Call

Your call will be routed to the nearest leasing agent.
The intake call will determine if you are pre-qualified before applying, helping you avoid an unnecessary $55 application fee.

Step 7: Application Link (By Invitation Only)**
If you successfully complete the intake call and are recommended to move forward, we will email you the application link for the 5-bedroom home.

This morning I almost skipped Bible study.

That’s how busy the devil was.

As soon as I walked in, the pastor said, “Turn to Galatians 6:9.” Before I even opened my Bible, my spirit and nervous system were already calming down. The enemy really thought he had a plot to keep me from going to bible study after I made a commitment to be consistent in my walk with God.

Then I read it aloud:

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the PROPER TIME we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

Whew.

When I say the devil be at my neck… I mean that. They say he’ll use what you love to try to get to you — and he tried it.

But I’ve worked too hard to throw in the towel.

Immediately after Bible study this morning, I received a call from someone needing a place to rent. Not just anyone — a veteran and senior. Exactly the audience God placed on my heart to serve in my apartments.

And here’s the part that made me smile…

The tenant had a long drive to arrive to Meridian. While the tenant was driving, I spent my day worshipping. It’s almost 9 PM, and I just finished moving in my very first tenant at MY apartment complex that everyone once moved out of when they found out I was the new owner.

Tell me God ain’t strategic.🙏🏽🙌🏾

The same property that looked empty now has purpose.

I truly understand the scripture: “Be anxious for nothing.”📖 Philippians 4:6

I walk through each abandon home and give it my absolute best—correcting every issue, perfecting every detail, and finishing it with my luxury touch. Then I sit back and wait. I no longer rush the screening process, and I’m no longer anxious to fill my rental.

My homes can sit empty for months—and I’m okay with that. God keeps me, I never lack, and alignment matters more than force.

Living in a small town can sometimes make you feel boxed in—like you don’t quite fit. When you’re focused on building generational wealth, it’s hard to relate when everyone else is living for partying, shopping, and splurging on liabilities instead of investing in assets.That’s why every month—or at least every other month—I get the f**k out of Dodge. My last reset vacation of year; I flew to Detroit, and it was everything I needed. After curb appeal and demo, I focus on the bones of the house—roof, electrical, and plumbing. Once the systems are solid, THEN I polish it up. The walls were already painted—I just added fixtures, sanded and coated the hardwood floors. Build it right first. Pretty comes last.Went from 3 to 5 bedrooms, 1 to 2 full bathrooms, and $800 → $1,400/month 💪🏾

Imagine leaving a city that once brought you so much pain — only for God to tell you to return and pour your all back into that same community.

I was given a vision to restore abandoned neighborhoods and build generational wealth — not just within my own family, but in every family I encounter. My mission is to teach others how to build legacies that last.

Here’s one of my recently restored homes — a property that was left to rot on a block I began purchasing, house by house. When I started, my goal was simple: to clean up the neighborhood and bring mothers out of the projects, to educate and empower them so they could raise stronger, more impactful children.

After I poured my heart and soul into this home, it didn’t rent as quickly as I expected. Not because of the quality, but because every applicant wasn’t part of the assignment God had given me.

Then one day, I got the call. The moment I spoke with her, I knew — she was the next family I was meant to help.

This home will now serve as another transitional home. While renting, my tenant will enroll in my credit program, where I’ll help her build her credit so that one day soon, she’ll become a homeowner herself.

Lord, thank you for turning my pain into purpose. 🙏🏾
