I just saw an email from a very prominent builder in the Charlotte area. They are offering buyer's agents 4% commission to bring a buyer and sign for a newly constructed house by the 4th of July. Anyone in the market? I can split the 4% with you.

Just to be clear, that's going to get you $10,000 back at settlement on a $500,000 house.

If you are already on a contract and don't have your own agent, I can jump in and possibly get you something similar to this.

Builders won't give you a discount, but they will pay your agent.
