📉 Inventory is shrinking! Available single-family homes are down 11%, with months of supply dropping to 3.8 months. Homes that sold in September also moved faster, with the median time on market decreasing to 53 days.

🏘️ What about townhomes and condos? Year-to-date closed sales are up an impressive 70.2%, while the median sales price is down 18.1%. This segment is showing a very different trend from the single-family market!
