Celestial Love is a term used in Fascinating Womanhood to represent the highest kind of tender love a man feels for a woman, or a woman feels for a man. Does your significant other feel this kind of love when he tell you he love you, remembers your birthday, takes you to dinner or is generous and kind? Not necessarily. These things are admirable but not proof of real love. They may do or say those things out of a sense of duty, without feeling real love. Celestial love is not dutiful, but spontaneous, warm, and tender. When your significant other truly loves you, they experience a deep feeling within. They may feel enchanted and fascinated, with a desire to protect and shelter the woman he loves from harm, danger and difficulty. Then there is a deeper, more spiritual feeling, almost like worship.
