Helix has an immediate need for Armed Security Guards in Denver, CO. Helix
TCS is the fastest growing security, transportation, and compliance
company in Colorado, with expansion to several other states coming soon.
Helix TCS is a company founded and run by former law enforcement and military
personnel, providing the highest level security services, including
secured transportation, state and federal regulatory compliance, security
consultation and training. Helix TCS is staffed with highly trained
professionals from law enforcement and the United States Military. Helix TCS
is searching for intelligent, courteous individuals with a friendly
attitude, professional demeanor, great customer service skills, and the
ability to communicate effectively.
The function of this position is the following:
To patrol assigned locations, enforce client, local, state and federal
policy and regulations, and investigate and document all facility related
incidents. To ensure that the client, its associates, and facility
personnel are provided with a safe and professional working environment.
A Successful candidate must meet the following minimum standard
qualifications:
-Legally authorized to work in the United States.
-At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or
contractual requirements.
-Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED).
-Demonstrate a stable work history.
-Pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited
to, criminal background checks (local, state and federal with NO
felonies or misdemeanor convictions), drug test, and interviews.
-Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to
communicate effectively with employees and/or other customers.
-Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
-For prior military must have a copy of DD214 and an Honorable
Discharge.**Bring a copy of your DD214-Previous contract services,
security, military or law enforcement experience is desirable.

Compensation:
-$9.30 per hour during training
-$12.00 per hour for part-time employees
-$14.50 per hour Salary (full-time employees)
