This sale was the result of over 2 years of relationship-building, planning, strategy, and trust.

This one came to me through a personal connection, which makes it even more meaningful…

The home had been listed before with another agent and didn’t sell. When I stepped in, we took a completely different approach and got it back on the market with a fresh strategy.

And of course, it wouldn’t be real estate without a few curveballs 😬 During inspection, the water heater failed and leaked into the unit below. Not ideal, especially with a seller who isn’t local.

I handled everything on the ground, coordinated repairs, kept things moving, and made sure nothing derailed the deal.
We got it closed and even ahead of schedule.

Huge congratulations to my sellers who are out of state, and I’m so grateful for the trust, especially from a distance.

Grateful to have received the Social Media Impact Award through the Denver Metro Association of Realtors. This recognition means a lot because it reflects the intention behind everything I share... creating content that actually helps people navigate real estate with clarity and confidence.

Whether it’s breaking down the market, sharing info on neighborhoods and all that makes Denver so great, or answering the questions people don’t always know to ask... my goal has been to make this space more accessible and real ✨ to me, social media isn't about hiring the best videographer to make trending reels… It's about supporting my community and the people & businesses who really need to be uplifted.
