Food for thought on Leadership: Some view/confuse micro-management as 'hands-on' management. Reality is, the looking over the should style often presents resentment and long-term employee problems. A tense work environment is certainly not a healthy one. Rather, help the employee set goals or objectives. Evaluate the employee by way of results and offer guidance when the situation calls for it.
