The One 🏡
About 10 showings, 1 rejected offer, and 3 more showings to confirm this was THE ONE! 🏡❤️

This beautiful, well-cared-for home sits in a private location with a great-sized yard—and now this family is excited to make it home and welcome their fur baby! 🐾🔑

So happy for them! Also thankful for a lender who is always to pull numbers before we put in the offer!

Worth the Wait! Sometimes the first “no” makes room for something even better! 🏡❤️

I met this couple through a client referral and a Homes for Heroes presentation. Their first home fell through because of the seller, but they stayed patient, persevered, and kept going. Now they’ve found a 3 bed, 2 bath home with a finished basement, in a great location near a park for their little one! 🎉

Everything happens for a reason. Good things come to those who persevere! 🔑❤️ If you would like to explore buying a home, contact me today.

ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL CLOSING! 🔑🏡

This beautiful home received multiple offers, but a few last-minute hurdles had us wondering if we would make it to closing today. Thankfully, with a hardworking seller, a dedicated buyer’s agent, lender, and title company, we pulled together and received the clear to close yesterday!

This is what collaboration is all about! 🙌

So grateful for everyone who played a part in getting this one across the finish line. Most importantly, I’m excited for these young, first-time homebuyers as they begin making memories in their beautiful new home!
