It’s official: “Mend the Fracture” is Secured
Trump International Hotel and Tower – Chicago
November 7-10 will be PublicAdjusterBootCamp.com regular November session. We will extend the days to get the full camp in 4, instead of 5.
Lunch will be provided daily by the hotels catering service.
The two are separate but being held together out of convenience. It is not necessary to attend both. Many have already committed to the camp, then will simply stay over for the conference. Many more will just come for the conference.
November 11-12 will be the conference itself. The name is the intent. Our industry is broken. It does not have to be that way. In fact, the only entity that benefits from that fracture… is the carrier. Unity is never good for them, unless it is amongst their own ranks. Means they figured this out a long time ago.
Lunch will be provided both days by the hotels catering service.
Saturday Evening Cocktail Party from 7-9 on us, then we can move to the beautiful terrace bar overlooking the River at the mouth of Lake Michigan… what drew us to that venue.
This is an Educational, not motivational conference. There will be plenty of that there, but the focus is on education.
Roofers/Contractors/Attorneys/Appraisers/Public Insurance Adjusters and all that is needed to support that. Before you were any of those, and for the rest of your life, you will be an… insured.
This is information that anyone who process funds from an insurance company would benefit from knowing. This is actionable intel, that you can walk out into the hall with, and make immediate corrections on current problems.
This is Illinois centric. While the information does not really change, there are specifics to each state, and some states, like Illinois, have specific issues that I think we can fix, together. We are giving the meat for all states, the specifics on Illinois.
Roofers/Contractors/Attorneys/Appraisers/Public Insurance Adjusters whether you are the insured today or tomorrow, it is eventually going to be you as a claimant. Let’s make sure it is a fair process. We do that by making the process fair, transparent, and according to the facts of the loss and the policy provisions, as intended, not as a profit maker.
The lineup is growing as we nail down dates and times, which we have now done. Here is the short list.
Paul Reed:
At PPA 2022, there was a presentation that brought a bit of shock and awe. From what I can understand, it came from a fundamental flaw in understanding. When I spoke to him, I could tell it bothered him. His topic became clear. Tell us about it. Explain it to us. The look in his eyes changed. Never met him before but follow him and his wife on social media. I am pretty good with people when it comes to seeing a change in process. Means he has a passion about this endeavor, and he would like to make sure that there were no misconceptions, myths, or half-truths about what they were doing.
Chip Merlin:

The importance of availability of counsel for all, creating a coalition of attorneys who are willing to help either learn while being local counsel, or are willing to take on the claims that are needed now. This is a crucial time, and skilled anything with their heads together, are a force to be reckoned with.
Kevin C Dandridge:
The ramifications of an OSHA Violation, or worse… Occurrence, and how they can be avoided, and compensated for, as they should be.
Melanie Spoon:
Taking control of the front office, handling the claim and the clients.
Kevin McCarthy:
The myth about being both the contractor and the PIA. Can it be done? Legally, yes. The problem is, many do not understand that there are conditions precedent to that occurring. If you fail, at any of those provisions, you have violated the right to do both, and broke the law. (I am aware that the majority are doing it. I am also aware that if I am, so are the carriers. Means they are allowing it at the moment, but could change their mind at any point, and enforce the law. They normally do when it is beneficial to the end result.)
Steve Patrick:
Steve actually has quite a few things on plate. We will see what he wants to hit most that will give you the best bang for the buck.
Doug Quinn:
Speaking on the American Policyholders Association and what you can do to help stop fraud on all sides, as well as how to join the APA.

There will never be a time when are stronger, than when we are together.
Tickets will be inclusive of the conference/camp, great catered lunch, Cocktail party Saturday night.
Camp: $2,000.00
Conference $750.00
Look at the event, look at the venue, and realize. We are covering costs at best.
We have a limited block of rooms at $265.00 per night… at a 4-star hotel where lunch is provided daily, by that 4-star hotel. I would fly in or uber in, and not leave… What we are doing. No parking fees, no bs, and everything you could want is in the hotel, or right there close.
I will leave you with my current favorite quote, that Doug Quinn shared with us.
“If not us, WHO? If not now, WHEN?”@
