Market update for Ardenwood Fremont, CA. We are still noticing that this is a strong seller's market. Towards the end of last year, we made an offer on a property in Ardenwood and it sold for over $1.7m. This week we made an offer on a similar property in Ardenwood with fewer upgrades which is indicated to go well over $1.8m. In just two months, we are seeing an increase of over $100k.
