Born in New York and raised in Massachusetts, John then moved to the Sunshine State in 2001 and at the young age of 21 he purchased his first home and eventually turned into a rental. Continuing his real estate aspirations, in 2006 John became a real estate appraiser and provided extensive knowledge to clients giving evaluations on what their home is worth. Fast forward to 2019, John took a leap o

f faith and became CEO & Owner of Arroyo Investment Group Inc. and was able to quickly provide a return of 60% on investments for his investors. In just three years, his company accumulated over seven figures in residential real estate by finding deals, buying and flipping. Then John opened an umbrella company and became an “iBuyer”, for those sellers who made a shift to conduct business completely virtual during the pandemic. Always expanding his experience and knowledge, John thrives on helping his friends, family and referrals throughout the Central Florida area. “Real estate is my passion and it’s embedded in my everyday life.” - John states.
