Legal Doc Vault allows you to replace the outdated method of emailing unsecured file attachments by using our simple File Vault feature. File Vault allows you to securely upload, store, and retrieve files. Additionally, our system allows you to track user, date, and other useful information about your documents. Once files are uploaded to File Vault, the organized list of files (or “file tree”) automatically provides an index an index that is searchable and printable.

With the new Needed Documents index available on Legal Doc Vault, you can easily add documents from the regular file index. After you have all the documents you would like to request have been added, you can simply go to the missing documents section and print the index to forward the list to whom is may concern.

When you receive the files you can simply upload them from the missing documents section and it will automatically index them for you.
